Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrectly printed.

  Review and Approval

  Our team will review your request to verify the customization details and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for qualifying returns.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a corrected replacement at no extra cost.
